Over the years, I’ve assisted people of various ages in navigating challenges such as BPD, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, relationship and self-esteem issues. My approach is straightforward: you know your life best, and I’m here to listen and support. As an integrative therapist I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and modify unhelpful thought and behavior patterns. I also integrate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT),Emotion Focused Therapy, Trauma-informed counselling, and offer faith-based therapy to those who identify as Christian. My main aim is to offer you practical, relatable tools to work through distress, boost your confidence, manage difficult emotions and behaviours, and build strong, meaningful relationships that last.
